Quotes Creation Software

The Quote Creation Software generates quotes using the prepoulated products entered and is specific to each company. Quotes generated can be emailed directly to the client and genrated in PDF format. Quotes go through authorisation and can no longer be altered. Security rights to create and authorise quotes are granted based on specific user rights. Authorised quotes are converted into invoices once accepted by the client. Quotes are classified based on their status: pending, accepted, or rejected.
