Staff are able to change and edit information, upload documents using their unique logins, but not delete information. Changes are sent through to managers for approval. Staff have access to only their information, allowing for confidentiality.  

All the Human Resource modules can be used in Kiosk mode for companies where staff do not have access to computers or smartphones.

When the mobi site is added to the package, modules become mobi-friendly and can be accessed via smartphones.

SMALL BUSINESS HR PACKAGES

HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Appraisal, Disciplinary, Calendar, News/Notices and Policies/Procedures:

1. Less than 30 employees: R3500 + VAT setup fee, R750 + VAT per month.

2. Less than 50 employees: R5000 + VAT setup fee, R1000 + VAT per month.

Includes training via online video, setup, record import, corporate identity, and support.
